Securitization as An Alternative Tool of Financing Student Loans ? A Case Study for CSN
The purpose of the study is to highlight the issue of student loans securitization, and assure the importance and benefits that could be realized by performing such a transaction. The methodology is a case study for The National Board of Student Aid. It is a qualitative study, mainly using interviews, literature and scientific articles. By using this information we construct a securitization transaction structure ?CSN 2006-1?, and conduct a cost/benefit analysis.

This is a qualitative case study that aims to examine the small entrepreneur?s choice of financing solutions and their thoughts on various forms of financing. The authors have chosen to specifically examine entrepreneurs who do not have experience that stretches more than three years in entrepreneurship and the restaurant business. The study used three different companies in the restaurant business in Stockholm and semi-structured interviews were conducted with all owners of the company, corresponding to a total of six respondents. The study's findings show the relationship of entrepreneurs who believe that the experience of the industry and entrepreneurship is valuable also are more prone to giving away some ownership in exchange for a certain expertise and funding..

This is a study made because I would like to see how much money can be saved when
reduced soil preparations is used. This is a case study, the farm is located in the north
vest part of Skåne, Sweden.
I have calculated with four different soilpreparation methods.
Alternative 1: Conventional soil preparation, the way the farm is managed today.
Alternative 2: Ploughing on depth of 12 centimeters, with a ridge packer followed with
sowing.
Alternative 3: Eco-tillage
Alternative 4: Direct drilling
The results of my study showes that Alternative 2 is the most profitable. Alternative 4 is
very good if you see to dieselexpenses and hours of work, but the yield is far to low.
If the numbers are further analized, it showes that in spring barley the differense
between Alternative 2 and Alternative 4 is at a minimum. So if there is lack of time for
one reason or another, this might be an alternative in spring barley.
The differense in how the farm is managed today and the most profitable alternative in
the study, Alternative 2 showes that it can be saved up to 60 940 SEK..

Denna uppsats behandlar hur fastighetsbolagens finansiering har utvecklats efter finanskrisen, hur finanskrisen specifikt har påverkat fastighetsbolagens finansieringsverksamhet samt i vilken utsträckning fastighetsbolagen har börjat använda alternativa finansieringssätt i sin verksamhet. Detta ämne är intressant då finanskrisen har haft en stor inverkan på det ekonomiska klimatet världen över vilket också inkluderar de svenska fastighetsbolagen och de svenska bankerna.Uppsatsen kombinerar en kvantitativ undersökning av alla svenska börsnoterade fastighetsbolagskapitalstrukturer med en kvalitativ undersökning bestående av ett antal intervjuer medrepresentanter från flera fasighetsbolag och banker.Den kvantitativa undersökningen visar att det skett stora förändringar i fastighetsbolagensfinansiering. Användningen av alternativa finansieringssätt, såsom preferensaktier, obligationer,MTN- och Certifikatsprogram har blivit vanligare i fastighetsbolagen. Konvertibla Lån på den Svenska Marknaden: En studie av sex konvertibelemissioner
Issuing convertible bonds for financing purposes has never become widespread practice amongst Swedish companies, in spite of the instrument being common in international markets. Economic theory based on efficient markets suggests that companies should gain no financial benefits from using convertibles and the Swedish situation could be interpreted as in line with this reasoning. However, there are Swedish companies that have chosen to issue convertibles and the Swedish market therefore seems both supportive and contradictory to the existence of benefits of convertible bond financing. Little research concerning the Swedish market has been conducted and the purpose of this explorative thesis is thus to enhance the understanding of the Swedish market for convertibles. This is achieved by conducting in-depth interviews with six listed Swedish companies that have recently issued convertible bonds.

Zpecta got indications from their customers that there was a need for other attachments.
